How to use the TonsilFresh® Set Against Tonsil Stones?

Use the three products together as a daily routine for fresh breath and a clean tonsil area.

1. Rinse with TonsilFresh® Mouthwash. Use 10 to 15 ml of undiluted mouthwash after brushing your teeth and cleaning your tongue. Rinse for 30 seconds to 1 minute, making sure the area around the tonsils is also reached. Spit out, but do not rinse with water afterwards, so the oxygen-active effect is preserved.
